We ship within 48 Continental United States only (Alaska and Hawaii not included). Because we use multiple vendors to dropship our products, multiple shipping fees may apply to your order. Applicable sales tax will be added to the total of the order for Texas residents only.
In order to receive your package, there may be a Customs Fee and other taxes that may be charged to you upon delivery. These charges are the customers responsibility and Ayana's Candle Shop has no control of how much these fees are going to be.

TERMS OF SALE
- Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.
- Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars.
- Inventory: Subject to availability.
- Shipping: All products are shipped from the manufacturer(s), within 2-5 business days. All out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available. We normally ship ground via UPS, but reserve the right to ship via USPS Priority Mail or FEDEX. Shipping rates vary per manufacturer.
- Cancellations: Subject to The Manufacturer's acceptance and terms, this will indemnify Ayana's Candle Shop against any loss.
- Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to Ayana's Candle Shop for any UPS shipments or directly to a common carrier who accepts all liability for claims. Ayana's Candle Shop will assist in the process of collections.
- Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 10 days from receipt of merchandise, along with a copy of the invoice. Do not return any merchandise without pre-authorization.
- Returns: All returns must have prior approval from The Manufacturer before shipping back and are subject to the following conditions: - All returned goods must be sent back pre-paid of all transportation charges. If purchase within 30 days, they may be returned for full refund of the purchased price, exclusive of shipping and handling charges. They must be in brand-new saleable condition, otherwise a 20% restocking charge will apply. If damaged, no refund will be possible. - If returns are due to damage claims, please see that section.
- Back-orders: We do not normally ship partial orders unless there are special circumstances deeming it necessary. The customer will be notified immediately if a complete order cannot be fulfilled.
- Waiver: A waiver by the manufacturer(s) of one or more of the conditions of the terms of sale is not to be considered a waiver of any other clause(s) of the terms of sale.
